Wow! The market at Bishop Park sure is different than the days at Big City Bread. Over 2100 folks rolled through in 4 hours. This left us a movin and a shakin for the whole market. Its always a good sign to be so busy that you cant sit down or even restock.
We had flower bouquets made from Columbine, Iris, Hellebores, Euphobia, and more. Also, lots of tomato, pepper, and herb starts.
Delicious Easter Egg radish, French Breakfast radish, and Cherriette radish. FYI..radishes are incredible when baked with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. They lose most of their heat and become sweet.
Starbor kale, Redbor kale, Red Giant mustard, Lasinato kale, and Red Russian kale. Pecans too.
Our most popular item however was STRAWBERRIES! We sold out of our 120 pints by 11am.
Thanks for coming out and supporting us! See yall next Saturday.

I came out the first weekend, but didn't make it to this one. I hope to make it back out next weekend and hopefully get some more strawberries!
